Where to Stay
Conference Secretariat has secured a large number of rooms in a variety of hotels in Vilnius at specially negotiated rates. Early booking is strongly advised to take benefit of the discounted rates. Hotel reservation is done in the registration form, which can be done at the same time as the conference registration or in a later occasion. After May 1, we can not assure hotel availability, so early reservation is advised. If the rooms will be sold out the reservation sistem will be automaticly closed.
Conference Centre Radisson Blu Hotel Lietuva - is located in a convenient distance from a wide range of hotels.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The credit card information you provide will be used towards the hotel as well as to AIM Group International - AIM Group Baltic to guarantee your room reservation.We will perform an authorization for one night stay prior your arrival. After you check-in to the hotel the authorization will be canceled.
In case of no-show, arrival after the reserved date, or departure before the reserved date, and cancellation AIM Group International - AIM Group Baltic or the hotel may charge your credit card with the amount corresponding to the one night stay requested.
Payment is made directly to the hotel upon check-out!
CONFIRMATION OF HOTEL BOOKING
The hotel booking will be confirmed by email after we receive the credit card details. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice in 3 days after the booking are strongly recommended to contact the Conference Secretariat.
Note! Conference participants from research institutes of Belarus, Bulgaria,Czech, Estonia, Hungary, Montenegro, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Russia,Slovenia, and Ukraine, can apply for partial support to the expenses of their stay in Lithuania according to agreements signed between the Academies of Science of these countries and the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences (http://lma.lt/index.php?lang=en). Requests for invitation letters, which arenecessary for such applications, should be addressed by email to info@euro-2012.lt after registration.
