We kindly invite you to join us at the 25th EURO Conference, 2012. Please find all registration fees below. All fees are in Euros € and VAT inclusive (21%).

Note! Reduced fees for retired persons are limited to 20, dispensed on a first-come-first-serve basis. All applicants should send an email to info@euro-2012.lt before registration.

EURO will provide up to 10,000 Euros to cover (in parts) the registration fees (in early registration rates) of attendees in need. Preference will be given to regular and student participants from Eastern Europe. All applicants should send an email to info@euro-2012.lt before registration.

The regular/student registration fee includes:
- Participation in all sessions, and access to the exhibition area,
- Conference materials (Final Program, Book of Abstracts),
- Participation in the Welcome Reception (8 July),
- Participation in the Mayor of Vilnius City reception (9 July),
- Participation in the Farewell Party (11 July),
- Coffee breaks and lunches (8-11 July),
- 3-day city public transportation card (with badges).

The registration fee for accompanying persons includes:
- Participation in the Welcome Reception, the Mayor Vilnius City reception and the Farewell party,
- Lunches (8-11 July),
- Vilnius City tour,
- 3-day city public transportation card (with badges).

Important! Do not forget to put your full name and Conference name "EURO2012" on the bank transfer. All bank fees must be paid by the participant.

2. By credit card
If you register on-line, your credit card will be charged automatically.
If you register by fax and would like to pay by credit card, please fill the registration form and fax it to the Conference Secretariat.

3. On site payments
Late fee will be applied regardless of when the registration was received.

Important! If you register as an Early Bird, the fee should reach the account no later than 22 April 2012.

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION

The registration will be confirmed by e-mail after we receive the payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the Conference are strongly recommended to contact the Conference Secretariat.

Note! Invoices will be issued only during the Conference.

CANCELATION AND REFUND POLICY

Before 1 April 2012
A handling fee of 50 % will be deducted from the payment.

After 1 April 2012
No payment will be refunded.

Important! Refunds will be issued after the Conference. Bank charges will be deducted from the refund. For refunds please state your full bank account.
